Description Data Architect

A global downtown brokerage firm has an immediate contract need for a Data Architect. You will lead all activities including business analysis, data acquisitions, access/design, database and load optimization, and system implementation. The hours are approximately 8am - 5pm. Requirements Data Architect

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Minimum of 10 yrs. experience as a Data Architect with 5 years experience architecting large scale data warehouses using Oracle
Must have expert RDBMS knowledge of Oracle (10g and 11g) with strong experience in backend process engineering, strong knowledge of Oracle OLAP, DB2, SQL Server (2000 and 2005)
Must have experience in integrating financial data mart with Essbase cubes
Must have a BS in Computer Science or comparable field
Desired skills include financial/brokerage firm experience and Oracle 11g
