Description Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer position is currently open. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing enterprise wide system solutions as well as managing and maintaining systems and software. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

Support server software/hardware & related applications and systems
Design systems that proactively monitor health & performance of systems and infrastructure Implement tools to provide analytic trend analysis, capacity planning & performance data Assist in standardized design of new & existing processes & policies
Document existing systems architecture & technology portfolio
Research & recommend emerging technologies to increase cost effectiveness, system ability & future expandability
Act as a liaison between IT management & remote branches/technicians

Requirements Systems Engineer

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Must have knowledge of Microsoft & Linux Technologies, networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP & remote communications
Must have an understanding & direct experience with Virtualization Techniques & Backup Methods
Must have knowledge of Database System Management functions & SAN Based storage array configuration
Must have 5 + years experience with administering Enterprise Server Environments
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
