Essential Functions:

Wine Team Members-

• Provide prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Have an interest and passion for wine, wine/food pairing and the ability to convey wine characteristics to the customer
• Have a solid retail sales background, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
• Be an outstanding communicator, with a good floor presence

Cashier & Stock Clerks-

• Provide prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Take ownership for store cleanliness
• Be willing to keep the store fully stocked
• Be able to balance their register drawer during peak volume times
• Be able to move customers through register lanes quickly and courteously 
• Be willing to learn all areas of the store, and be anxious to help train others

• Be interested in working in a team environment
• Have an interest and willingness to learn wine
• Be able to produce results within an entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Have a high energy
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to walk and be on feet for 10-12 hours a day
• Ability to climb ladders & lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead
• Ability to bend repeatedly
