Sr. IT Analyst
Sr. IT Analyst position is currently open! You will report to the CIO of the company and interact with other top executives in the company. You will also work with the IT teams in the development of technology strategies, business requirements, training materials, documenting systems & processes supporting the business. You will be responsible for the following:
- Analyze business operations to determine opportunities for improvement in IT operational processes & procedures to optimize technology investments
- Coordinate research, analysis, proposal development & presentation of new IT hardware or software solutions
- Provide project management & technical expertise to the implementation & maintenance of system-related & IT initiatives, improvements & rollouts of new/existing application solutions
- Update documentation regarding IT processes, run book documentation, system flowcharts & IT policies/procedures

Requirements
Sr. IT Analyst
The ideal individual will possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Solid understanding of programming methodologies - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Working knowledge of the following system platforms: AS400, Microsoft Windows (desktop and servers), 4GL programming languages, storage systems & data/voice networks
- 15 + years analytical or IT operational experience
- MBA required
