EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR -Premier CRC Program

Join one of the nation’s premier residential treatment facilities for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction.  We need an experienced and dynamic Executive Director who is passionate about helping people recover from addiction to join our team.

Description:

Under the supervision of the Regional VP, an Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the total program, including the business, fiscal, clinical segments and plan management and maintenance. 

The Executive Director plans, organizes, directs, supervises and evaluates administrative and program activities in a community mental health and substance abuse in-patient setting; supervises program directors and administrative team; oversees budget development and review to ensure sound fiscal management and control; works with local, regional and state behavioral health agencies and their representatives; performs related functions required by regulatory and accrediting agencies.

• Master/s Degree in Behavioral Science /Administration, mental health discipline preferred. Bachelor’s Degree with related experience required. 
• Five years full-time professional experience in a recognized alcoholism treatment program, three of which must be at the supervisory level. 
• Tangible experience in fiscal planning; ability to provide leadership as well as work as a team member with staff, community, and consumers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings as necessary.
