Salary: up to $40,000 with experience in the flexographic/graphics industry.

Customer Service Representative will:
  • provide estimates for customers
  • forage strong relationships with customers
  • accept signed order confirmations and signed Terms/Conditions of Sale documents
  • enter sales orders, draft order confirmations and create production job jackets/paperwork
  • communicate work order to graphics/prepress departments and return signed proof for production
  • ensure orders are fulfilled from inception to delivery to the highest of satisfaction for clients; act as liaison to resolve any customer inquiry/issue

 

Requirements Customer Service Representative requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • customer service experience in graphics or flexographic industry a must
  • mechanical aptitude with abilities to read rulers and interpret measurements
  • exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills with strong detail focus
  • proficiency with Word, Excel, typing, data entry and email applications
  • ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • good vision and color perception
  • good mathematical aptitude
  • team spirit
