Build and increase advertising sales in Classified Recruitment product lines, consistently meeting and exceeding sales objective.  Create Multi-media campaigns customized for each indiviudal company.
 
The ideal candidate will feel confident contacting key decision makers including the C Level Executives, Vice Presidents of HR, and other key vice presidents (including Sales/Marketing, Technology and Operations) where having the right talent matters and impacts the bottom line. This individual has the opportunity to positively impact companies’ recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, by analyzing gaps in performance and then developing and managing solutions to close those gaps. 

Recruitment Account Executives are expected to learn how each customer makes money and the impact of turnover and open positions on the customer’s business by conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis.  Recruitment Account Executives draw meaningful conclusions from the data, and present these analysis and conclusions to their clients. 

   
The responsibilities of this role include:

 

  • Selling multi-media products and services incorported into complete advertising campaigns
  • Aggressive Appointment Setting
  • The ability to thrive in fast paced, high energy team environment
  • Strong face to face presentation skills
  • Ability to close sales in a timely manner
  • Strong knowledge of all of the products we have to offer
Requirements
  • Two-year college degree
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of sales techniques; creative and analytic ability to use information such as demographics and research to make effective and persuasive verbal, written or electronic sales presentations.
  • Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to concentrate on priorities under deadline pressure.
  • Demonstrated success at achieving sales goals.  
  • Experience with selling solutions and value  
  • Current employment in either a business-to-business sales position with proven success
  • Strong initiative and desire to achieve
