Description The Sales Planner will be responsible for coordinating the pre-sales portion of securing the sales teams on-line advertising campaigns through working in tandem with print and online. Partnering with the sales team, this person will develop online plans which support advertisers’ goals.

Responsibilities

  • Take advertiser requirements and build proposal using DSM that meets needs and objects.



  • Work with sales rep to adjust proposal as needed to cultivate the sale.

  • May work with Advertiser Marketing on any decks that may be required to supplement the sale

  • Check inventory avails as needed

  • Cultivate a positive working relationship with advertisers, agencies and sales teams

  • Use DART Sales Manager and/or other order management systems, DART for Publishers and/or other ad trafficking system, Omniture and any other sales related system with expertise and accuracy.

  • Adhere to best practices and department processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.


Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Hands on experience with: Online campaign management experience required. nternet technologies, such as, HTML and Javascript. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. FTP experience. DART Systems: DFP, DSM, Omniture
