Address Book is at the heart of a growing number of widely used applications and services. The Mac OS X Internet Technologies group is looking for an energetic and innovative software engineer to join the Address Book team.
You will be responsible for evolving the Address Book architecture to satisfy increasingly varied demands. Your primary focus will be designing and implementing new features in the Address Book application and framework. You should be able to conceptualize a problem, articulate multiple solutions and see the implementation through to completion.
Required Experience:
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Extensive experience with application development
Extensive experience writing and debugging multi-threaded code
Strong object oriented programming and design skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Objective-C
Experience with Cocoa
Experience with CPU/memory profiling
Experience with network protocols
