Provides complex support for Apple server products including Mac OS X Server, Xserve, Xserve RAID and Xsan in addition to all Apple products and services. Provides deployment, integration and recovery support for mixed-platform, mission-critical environments. Provides support across Enterprise and Education markets, including contract-level support, 24/7. Works with customers to address complex pre-sales and post-sales customer support issues. Researches order and repair status for customers. Reviews warranty claims. May work with sales, manufacturing, finance department personnel to resolve standard to slightly complex billing or product delivery issues. May open new accounts and give customers product and pricing information. Follows established procedures. 24/7 schedule flexibility is required for this position.
Normally requires BA/BS degree or higher plus 1-2 years of experience in a technical service/support environment, including advanced networks and server administration, or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have maintained above average attendance and phone metrics in the most recently held positions.
He or She will be a strong advocate for customer satisfaction.
Have excellent general knowledge of networking and server administration, with strong technical foundation in troubleshooting theory and aptitude.
Solid experience with Mac Os X Server, Windows or Unix, administration is strongly desired.

General Network Administration
Network Services(DHCP, Nat. Firewalls)
Directory Services (Open Directory, Active Directory)
Troubleshooting Complex Systems
Data storage and server solutions. (Xsan)
