Description

We are currently looking to hire 30 Call Center Representatives for a large financial company located in Horsham, PA.

In this role you will be responsible for collecting on customers' overdue accounts.

Responsibilities:

High volume of outbound phone calls
Negotiate payment arrangements
Respond to customer inquiries
Problem resolution

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume Call Center
MUST drive - not accessible by public transportation!
Strong Data Entry skills
Excellent phone skills
Detail-oriented, professional, team player
Strong MS Office skills
Bachelors Degree Preferred

Some nights and weekend shifts may be required.
