Job Description 

The Chicago office of a $1.5 billion educational company is hiring recent college graduates! The company's online university division is regularly seeking new members for their transcript evaluation team. This awesome, entry-level opportunity is a great way to get your foot in the door with an organization that has become a household name in higher education!

 

This position involves the evaluation of transcripts coming in from potential students prior to admittance into the university. A detailed eye and ability to problem-solve are important requirements for this position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Update student degree plans in the university's internal system
  • Track each student's coursework requirements and compare them to the university's standards
  • Communicate with students, advisors, financial aid department and managers when necessary
  • Work as a close-knit team to accomplish daily tasks and special projects
 


Job Requirements 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in any concentration
  • Varied liberal arts background in college to be able to best analyze course descriptions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively within a team atmosphere.
