Don and Lee Zerivitz have a sense of humor about their 18 year old commercial cleaning and building maintenance company. Pro Clean is a business built from scratch and by the book.
Eighteen years ago the Orlando Zerivitz brothers purchased two small janitorial accounts and cleaned floors and windows during the evenings to learn the gritty side of the business. During the day, they worked to perfect bidding and contract proposals. Today, Pro Clean employs more than 400 people.

“In our office, we have crazy name plates outside people’s doors like Director of First Impressions (office assistant) and chief Warm Body Snatcher (human resources).

For brain expansion, our employees learn open-book management. For body reduction, we have in-house Weight Watchers meetings."


“They’re not surprised any more when I give them reading assignments on current topics or when I tell them we’ll all take part in a “Ropes” class. We are dedicated to improving people’s lives by cleaning for health and I think we can accomplish this by challenging and empowering our staff,” says Don Zerivitz, Tulane University alumnus.
