Phase I : Field Training
The first step in the management-training program is field training. During field training, you will learn skills that are invaluable and essential in any business. These skills include strengthened communications, good work ethic, interfacing with customers, overcoming objections and entry-level sales and marketing techniques.
Phase II : Leadership Training
Once you have completed your field training, you re ready to take on a leadership role. During this phase of training, you will learn relationship building techniques, how to teach others sales and leadership skills and how to effectively manage a team.
Phase III : Assistant Management Training
Now tell you have a successful team trainer, your skills will be utilized more within the office. You will learn to review resumes and telephone calls for prospective new employees, interview potential new recruits, learn how to process payroll and to run the day-to-day operations of a busy sales and marketing office. This training is essential in order to move into senior level management position.
Phase IV : Management
The training process concludes when candidates prove they have developed the business acumen necessary to be successful in managing their own office. All of the skills learned during your first three steps of training will be put to the test as you are ultimately promoted into management of your own office.
The entire Management Training Program can take anywhere from 4 months to 1 year to complete, depending on the capabilities, determination and work ethic each candidate puts into the program.
