JHT, Inc., founded in 1990, is a privately held company that began life as a small business dedicated to developing training programs for the Department of Defense and affiliated agencies. Since that time, we have expanded the services we offer and grown significantly. Our headquarters is in Orlando, Florida, and we now have more than 400 employees located in thirty states. We operate major customer-site offices in Charleston, South Carolina, Washington D.C., Cape Canaveral, Florida, and Red Bank, New Jersey.

Our largest customer is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), for whom we provide a broad range of scientific and technical services. JHT scientists are conducting important, sophisticated research into crucial areas affecting the preservation, use, and protection of our marine ecosystems. They also analyze and interpret the resulting data to ensure appropriate public policy rests on scientifically valid foundations.
We remain very active in developing and producing effective, efficient, and engaging training programs for Defense commands and agencies. JHT is a leader is designing and creating computer-based instruction and desk-top simulations that enable our customers to reduce costs, improve productivity, and train more personnel much more quickly. We are also in the vanguard of incorporating gaming technology to make our training more immersive and effective. Our customers include all branches of the armed services and a broad range of major companies in private industry. Those commercial customers include one of the largest on-line secondary schools in the country, a large national chain of restaurants, and a major international airline.
We also produce an array of electronic technical manuals and bulletins. Our current products include interactive manuals for communications and intelligence equipment shipped to combat theaters in the War on Terror for installation into combat vehicles. We deliver wirelessly all information and materials necessary to enable our troops to install, use, maintain, and repair that essential equipment.
The customers for whom we provide management and operations support include numerous federal agencies. Among them are the Department of Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, the United States Attorney's Office, the Director of Acquisition Career Management, and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense. Those clients have found that we can provide our services effectively and efficiently, and they appreciate our abilities to recruit and retain a highly skilled, motivated, and stable team of employees.
