Winter, Wyman & Company was founded in 1972 by David J. Melville, a graduate of Boston College who had entered the recruiting field in 1966 after having spent five years as a Marine Corps Naval Aviator. Dave continues to serve as Chairman of Winter, Wyman.
The basic tenants upon which Dave started the Company -- professional integrity, respect for people and commitment to superior service -- have never changed, and have enabled us to grow into one of the largest privately owned staffing companies in the Northeast.

Can you work with me if I just graduated?
If you have practical work experience it may be possible for us to work with recent graduates on a selective basis. For any permanent position, you must be able to work full time during regular business hours. However, in some select disciplines--Human Resources, Financial Contracting and Information Design and Delivery, we have temporary or contract opportunities available.
