In 1980, we envisioned building an exceptional executive recruitment firm, one that reflected our values and high standards of professionalism. We wanted to work with clients for a long-term "win-win" relationship. We wanted an environment of cooperation among our consultants so clients would have access to our entire network of contacts.

We believed that by hiring and retaining outstanding professionals, our firm would be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients regardless of the business cycle.
