Physical Therapy - Outpatient Clinic

Do you have a passion for general orthopaedics and working in an outpatient setting? Are you looking to get experience but never been afforded the chance?

A local Physician owned Clinic in the Grapevine area is expanding due to growth and they need to add a Full time permanent PT and possibly a Part Time permanent PT as well next year. The gym has an open concept where they have 3200 square feet and will be expanding it even more. They are flexible with the hours as well where you may work 10hrs or 8hr days.

They have excellent mentorship for a therapist who has a great personality and attitude. The therapists and technicians all work together as a team where they have a team model approach. They have a lot of fun working together but professional at the same time.  Also they work closely with the physicians where they collaborate with them on a consistent basis. However there is a lot of autonomy in this position where the Therapist is the one that makes the ultimate decision on the treatment plan.

Compensation is salary based with a bonus structure where they utilize a scoring system that the hospitals utilize called press ganey scores to assess how well they conduct themselves with the Patients. Customer excellence is a huge focus for this organization!
