Responsibilities include:

• Making 100 plus calls per day on assigned portfolio.
• Collect on delinquent consumer accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements.
• Process payment authorization via telephone.
• Maintain records and ability to work through customer disputes.
• Skip-trace accounts according to established practices.
• Work accounts on auto dialer as deemed necessary.
• Obtain maximum dollars collected and other performance standards each month.
• Handle high volume/large balance accounts.
