HEAT TREAT OPERATOR

You will oversee the heat treating process and perform other duties related to heat treat and forge as required.  You will be responsible for the set-up and operation of furnace and agitator controls.  Light the furnace burners, loading and unloading the furnaces.  You will also be filling the quench tanks, quenching of the forged product, checking the hardness of forgings and grinding pieces as required. You will require the ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.  You will be required to keep proper documentation and record keeping.  You will be calibrating the Brinell Scopes and keeping proper documentation.
 

MACHINE OPERATOR

This position will require set-up and operation of Straightener, Peeler, and Trepan Machines.  With the ability of operation overhead cranes and forklifts.  You will be required to keep proper documentation and record keeping, while assisting in the preventative maintenance schedule of the machines.

 

SAW OPERATOR / SHIPPING

You will be responsible for ensuring raw materials are received, entered into inventory and cut if necessary.  You will receive material and verify packing slips.  Mark and identify material, and complete the material receiving report.  You will also operate the saw as necessary and move material to the next appropriate operations.  You will need to keep the receiving area in order, and comply with company policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts.  You will be required to keep proper documentation and record keeping.

 

RADIAL FORGE OPERATOR

You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in controlling the forging process.  Provide leadership to the Forge helpers, ensuring quality and timely products.  Set-up and operation of the Radial Forge.  Produce forging per customer specifications, supervise & sign off on leasing of furnaces, run furnace programs & record with furnace charts and maps.  Provide leadership and instruction to other members of the forge operations crew.  Direct forge crew in housekeeping duties.  Complete all documentation and scanning as required. You will schedule daily work load to meet expectations as set out by the manager.  Complying with company policies and procedures.


RADIAL FORGE ASSISTANT / HOT SAW OPERATOR

You will be responsible for operating the hot saw, as well as assisting the Radial Forge Operator.   You will be required to set-up and operate the hot saw.  Operate the overhead crane and forklift. You also will assist the Radial Forge Operator with the changing of the dies and other Forge related duties.  Moving raw material within the plant and complying with company policies and procedures, while performing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.  You will  be required to keep proper documentation and record keeping.


RECEIVER / SAW OPERATOR

You will be responsible for ensuring raw material are received, entered into inventory and cut, if necessary,  You will receive material and verify packing slips.  Marking and identifying material completion of material receiving reports and complying with company policies and procedures, while performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
You will also be required to operate hot saw as necessary.  Moving raw material to the next appropriate operation.  Complete all Documentation and scanning as required.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 This position is for a skilled industrial maintenance technician that encompasses all areas of maintaining steel mill equipment. This includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics. PLC and robotics experience is a plus but not required. You will be responible for performing preventive maintenance equipment as well. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment in all areas of the plant. Comply with company policies and procedures while performing other tasks as assigned by supervisor as well.
