Litigation Legal Assistant 

Prestigious law firm in Boca Raton needs an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant

The responsibilities and duties of this position are as follows: 

• Answer phones.
• Open new client matters.
• Provide litigation support in a high volume, deadline atmosphere.
• Coordinate and schedule hearings, mediations and depositions.
• Arrange for process servers and couriers.
• Transcribe correspondence and legal documents accurately.   
• Maintain calendars (i.e. input discovery deadlines, court hearings, depositions) and  appointments. 
• Enter billing and time entries.

Our ideal candidate will possess a solid litigation background,

be proficient in Word Perfect, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

be detail oriented and capable of prioritizing.
