JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Staff Development - coaching, counseling, disciplining, recruitment, etc.
- Monitoring of both financial and employee results
- Inventory control and maintenance which includes ordering, planning and seasonal changes
- Expense control
- Profit and loss review/responsibility
- Protection of company assets / Loss prevention
- Implementation of safety methods and procedures to ensure the well being of both employees and customers
Well-known restaurant group needs a General Manager / Director to join their organization. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 plus years of General Management experience for a Multi-Unit Restaurant Group. Serve Safe Certified, culinary background and college degree are preferred.
Main responsibilities include:
• Development of annual & periodic business plans to establish sales, cost management, QSC, & staff development goals for each unit.
• Maximize sales and profit growth for each period.
• Set standards for service and cleanliness
• Ability to develop strong management teams and implement management practices to ensure positive employee productivity and morale.
• Forecasting staffing needs and direct recruiting efforts.
• Oversee training and development plans for management staff and conduct performance reviews.
