Description:   International designer, manufacturer and importer of fine rugs headquartered in Dallas seeks a mature and experienced Customer Service Representative to build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external clients by responding to their concerns and questions with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency. Representatives are responsible for order entry, detailed record keeping of all customer contact including updating online records and maintaining files.
