POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Coordinates the activities of the validation program to include: maintaining list of re-validations; schedules the qualifications with involved departments; collects, reviews and summarizes the data in a final report.  Assists validation analysts in revising existing qualification procedures, completes new product validation checklist, coordinates change control and keeps the validation tracking system updated. This position will assist in writing and executing qualification protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Requires bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.) or bachelor’s degree plus 1 years experience in validation or validation related activities. Experience includes execution of validation in any of the following areas: sterilization, preparation, filling, engineering, laboratories, compounding, equipment, and/or computers. Must have knowledge of GMP and validation guidelines. Requires good interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills.  Requires good interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills. Knowledge of computers with the following software is necessary: Word, Excel, and Access.
