The Forms Designer will be part of a team that works with our clients on the creation and design of online/interactive forms using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Requirements gathering; design and creation of forms utilizing advanced MS Word & Excel programming  

Constant client communication during the project(s) to ensure accuracy of project and that all deadlines are being met

Maintain work in progress reports for distribution to management team

Assist in assigning forms projects to team of developers including offshore resources

Remote installation and support of forms delivered

Tedious work - work with merged fields and macros. 
Needs to be a seasoned professional that can communicate with clients. 
80% technical (Excel) and 20% client interaction.
