REGISTERED NURSE / RN / VENTILATOR EXPERIENCE

NurseCore, an industry leader in Medical Staffing and Home Health Care, is seeking a Compassionate, Reliable and Experienced RN with ventilator experience to provide care for home health and private duty patients in the Homestead, FL area.  Work in this satisfying and rewarding field by providing one-on-one care to home care clients!

Ideal candidates for this position should have at least one (1) year prior experience with ventilator care.  At this time, Several Shifts are available seven (7) days per week on a Full, Part Time or Per Diem Schedule.

• Admit homecare clients as per agency policy by conducting an initial assessment/evaluation and coordinate care with physicians and home health aides as needed.
• Perform routine nursing care as needed and ordered by physicians.
• Supervise LPN's, Aides and Home Health Aides in accordance with state and federal licensure.
• Conduct and document supervisory visits.
• Prepare clinical, progress and summary reports.
• Attend monthly case conferences with Clinical Directors.
• Respect client's rights and confidentiality.
