Infrastructure Systems Analyst

Infrastructure Systems Analyst will be serving as technical experts and participating in a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of our SaaS infrastructure environment.

Infrastructure Systems Analyst will work closely with other members of Technical Support Services, Provisioning, Q/A, and Development departments to help resolve issues and build a sound infrastructure environment. The Infrastructure Systems Analyst is a highly qualified and experienced professional who works in a team environment to maximize our value for our SaaS-based solution to our client base.

Required Skills: 
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience in Linux / Debian UNIX and Solaris environments
- Intermediate knowledge of network routing, firewall, and tcpdump
- Experience with Vmware design, implementation, and support
- Intermediate experience with MySQL administration
- Strong scripting experience (Perl or Shell)
- Strong background in performance tuning, system monitoring, system configuration, patch management, and disaster recovery
- Updating and implementing new solutions to agreed specifications
- Monitoring central service's performance and stability, including roll-out of planned updates
- Impact testing of new platform releases, including development of roll-out plans and risk analysis

Desired Skills: 
- 4 years networking experience
- Ability to follow process flows & network documentation
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP
- Effective trouble-shooting skills for layer one issues & router configurations
- Understanding of IP routing, VLAN switching & IP Sub Netting
- Strong understanding of NAT, PAT & DHCP configurations, as well as DNS
- Experience withSQL Server 2005+, Windows Server 2003+, networking, and IIS

 Education Requirements: 
- BS in a technical field; an engineering or computer science background preferred.
