Manage and Supervise Chemistry Laboratory Operations. Plan and implement the overall laboratory policies, procedures, and services. Evaluate and approve all evaluations and analysis of results. Prepare formal reports. Prepare laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 17025. Monitor and adhere to safety policies and practices. Develop and write laboratory instructions and test plans. Conduct failure analysis investigations. Supervise staff of 10-12 people. Responsible for the overall quality management of the laboratory.  Ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
