Our client, a major international bank, is currently seeking an AVP level Money Transfer Investigations Manager for their Operations team in their Jersey City, NJ office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience handling money transfer inquiries including compensation payments and claims. Experience with investigation and reconciliation systems and understanding of BSA, OFAC, IFSA and other regulations is a must. Our client is offering a base salary up to $95K plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

·        Overseeing daily investigations and money transfer inquiries / payments and reconciliations and ensuring that they are solved in a timely manner.

·        Process compensation payments and/or claims cases.

·        Monitor open items and take appropriate measures in a timely fashion.

·        Investigate inquiries from customers and other parties and ensure cases are documented and properly filed.

·        Liaise with other departments and offices nationwide in order to execute assignments.

·        Manage of team of 10 analysts.
