Physical Therapist- Inpatient Rehabilitation 
 
A local hospital in North Dallas area that is part of a large healthcare system is adding to there growing rehab department for a full time Physical Therapist for the Inpatient Rehab. They offer very flexible hours and minimal weekend hours. The manager has been in the healthsystem for 20yrs with 15 of those in a management role. The therapist all enjoy working together in a team model approach.

The some of the current PT's have worked there for 5yrs or more in the department and they love working there! They feel there is a lot of support from each other and the manager has a great personality that is layed back but supportive at the same time. The manager does not micro manage and respects her employees. 

This position will allow the Physical therapist to work autonomously.  They will see a wide of variety of patients such as cardiovascular, ortho, nuero, woundcare etc.. They see a wider scope of patients because this is a TEACHING FACILITY. And they have ONE OF THE BEST BENEFIT PACKAGES in the area. They are still very competitive with wages. Employees tend to get in this health system and then stay there until they retire.
