Description:   A member of Store Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Responsibilities: Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service. Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis. Implement and maintain Guest Service standards. Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, signing standards and monitor inventory levels. Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and assignments.
