Overview Jesse J. Giordana, a Baltimore area businessman and a pioneer in the telemarketing industry, laid the groundwork for PCF’s future. Throughout the 1960s and early 1970s, he provided telemarketing services to clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. A risk taker and innovator, Jesse established a reputation for delivering quality results in this emerging industry. In 1976, looking to move into the national market, Jesse added The New York Times to his client base. In 1981, this relationship expanded to include home delivery and customer service for The New York Times’ subscribers in the Mid-Atlantic region. In 1984, recognizing the opportunity for growth with The New York Times, Jesse developed a national company. Publishers Circulation Fulfillment (PCF) became the framework for growth into the national market place. Today, Jesse’s son Jerry is President and CEO of PCF.

Over the years, PCF has built a national infrastructure providing telemarketing services, customer care and home delivery services across the United States, continually growing our client base and expanding the breadth of fulfillment services.

Today, PCF provides fulfillment services to some of the most influential national and regional publications throughout the United States.
