For that reason, every employee receives one full day off a year specifically for volunteer service. Through financial contributions as well as volunteer leadership, Pilot Flying J is committed to creating a vibrant, healthy community and an enviable quality of life. We believe in developing meaningful relationships with and investing in local and regional non-profit and charitable organizations whose missions and work aligns with our values and priorities. Our corporate priorities are education, healthcare and recreation, social services, economic development and arts and culture. Through contributions in these five areas, our goal is to leave our community better than we found it.
All employees that work at least 30 hours per week and are classified as a full time employees in the payroll system are eligible on the first of the month following 30 days of employment (example: date of hire April 15th, eligible June 1st) except Basic Care Plan and 401K. The Basic Care Plan - the initial eligibility is the first Monday of the month following 30 days of continuous employment as a full time employee. Field hourly team members are eligible for the Definity plan after 12 months of active coverage in the Basic Plan. 401K - all employees that are 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Pilot 401(k) Plan after 1,000 hours of employment.

Pilot Flying J offers our customers multiple ways to purchase bulk fuel. This includes daily spot market pricing, as well as forward buy plans which provide the ability to budget and lock in fuel costs. In addition, we also offer our customers tank monitoring. This benefit will centralize your fuel buying, and reduce costs.
Pilot Flying J's fleet of 700 trucks and 1500 drivers moves product coast to coast and is always ready to meet your bulk fuel needs. Our professional drivers know the industry and the importance of delivering loads on time and in a professional manner.
