Health Plan – Our health plan becomes active for eligible associates the first day of the month following thirty days of active employment.
Dental Plan – Associates can choose from two plans: Basic or Premium, which covers orthodontics.
Vision Plan – A comprehensive plan that includes annual vision exams, glasses, and contacts.
Life and Accidental Dealth & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – Basic term life and Ad&D are provided at no cost to our associates.
Long-Term Disability – LTD may pay a monthly non-taxable benefits to replace 60 percent of income in the event of disability. LTD premiums are paid by St. Francis; taxes are paid by the associate.
Short-Term Disability – STD may be purchased by associates to provide 60 percent of weekly earnings beginning on the 15th day of disability for up to 90 days.
Flexible Spending Account – FSA provides tax-free funds deducted from your wages for medical services not covered by your health plan and dependent care expenses.
Paid Time Off – PTO includes vacation, personal time, holidays, and short-term sick leave.
Retirement - Provides the opportunity to defer a designated amount of your income into a tax-deferred annuity.
