We offer both health and dental insurance through Aetna – one of the most respected insurers in the health care industry.
Engineering Resource Group will contribute up to 66% of the cost of your Aetna health insurance premiums for the HNOpt H.S.A plan, EMPLOYEE ONLY and a slightly lesser amount for our QPOS plan.
We will also contribute the same dollar amount (that we contribute on the “employee only” premium) toward reducing the premium costs for Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, and Employee + Family.
Vacation:
After completing one (1) year of full-time service (2,000 work hours), you will receive one week (40 hours) of paid vacation.
The 12 months of full time service does not need to be continuous. Your service time is cumulative over the past five (5) years. For example, if you completed 9 months of service with us four years ago, you only need to work 3 more months with us to receive the week of paid vacation.
