KellyMitchell was born in 1998, taking its name from the children of its owners. Previous Boeing (formerly McDonnell Douglas) employees started this organization with the belief they could provide the same high quality technology professional services as the Big 5 consulting firms to Fortune 500 companies; however delivered with a superior level of customer service in a more cost-effective manner. In addition, KellyMitchell’s founders had a simple but unique business philosophy that is still prevalent today: Every employee is important to the organization; there must be an investment in our employees’ personal and professional growth; and an unwavering commitment to create a win-win-win situation for our employees, our clients, and our company. This philosophy is what has truly set KellyMitchell apart from the competition.

Currently, KellyMitchell is partnered with many Fortune 1000 companies servicing their technology needs on a national level. KellyMitchell has grown from three employees to several hundred; from a local St. Louis-based company to a national organization with offices in San Ramon, Chicago, Minneapolis and service locations in 15 different states; and from $10,000 of the founders’ personal money and computer equipment to projected revenues of $30,000,000 in FY2005.
